The 2019 ACT Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday 29th June 2019 with the first event starting at 9:20am. These Championships include the Little Athletics ACT and the ACT Masters Athletics Cross Country Championships.
Entry to this Championships can only be done On-Line (ie no entry on day). The On-Line entries for this Championships will close at 9:00pm on Wednesday 19th June 2019. Entry to the Under 6 to Under 12 age group events will only be through the Little Athletics ACT website. Entry to the Under 14 to Under 18 age group events can be done through the Athletics ACT website or, for those athletes who are registered with Little Athletics, through the Little Athletics ACT website. Entry to the Under 18 and Open age group events can only be done through the Athletics ACT website. Entry to the Masters age group events must be done through the ACT Masters Athletics website.

In addition, non Dual Registered Masters athletes and athletes who are not registered with any athletics body may also compete by taking out a One Day Registration as part of the On-Line entry process. Non Dual Registered Masters athletes may only compete in the Open age group 10km event. Non registered athletes must turn 12 by 31 December 2019 and the youngest age group event that they will be eligible to compete in will be Under 14. Athletes can take out a One Day Registration are not eligible for any medals and/or awards. They may be considered for selection to the 2019 AA National Cross Country Championships but will be required to take out a full membership with Athletics ACT prior to their selection in the AACT team being confirmed.

Athletes must check in at least 30 minutes prior to advertised start time of their event. Once check in closes for each event, any athletes who have not checked in will be Scratched from the event and will not be able to compete.
